  6. When the water in the pot is reduced to become thicker, put another half of the grapefruit skin and keep stirring;
  7. When the grapefruit in the pot becomes crystal clear, turn off the heat and let it cool;
  8. Add honey to stir, bottling and refrigerating in the refrigerator;
  9. Take a proper amount when you drink, and rush into warm water. If you like to drink ice, add some ice.
